CONFUSED and DID NOT UNDERSTAND
Immediately after U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson's ruling in January that ObamaCare was VOID because it forced every American to purchase health insurance, Justice Department lawyers filed a "motion of clarification," which means they were CONFUSED and DID NOT UNDERSTAND Vinson's language
Now that really scares me
"because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void."
