Buy online - save money - Need help? Who cares then?
Just had a girl call in that needed some important info about her policy.
All she got from their website was contact an agent.
Sorry to have to tell her - when you purchased online you cut the agent out -
1. Of the satifaction of correct coverage.
2. Just being able to ask some what if questions
3. Am I covered for this loss? You call them you automatically have a claim wheather you get paid or not.
4. You loss that connection to your local community (sponsorships etc.)
Is it really worth it?
