WORKERS COMPENSATION
State law requires that every employer provide Workers Compensation insurance for their employees. This insurance provides coverage for accidents or disease arising from employment as prescribed by these state laws. Benefits can include lost wages, medical expenses, and permanent disfigurement/disability payments.

Employers Liab. Limits Reviewed
This coverage will pay for all sums which you are legally obligated to pay because of bodily injury by accident or disease sustained by any employee arising out of their employment. This coverage is distinct from any Workers Compensation policy claim. Back to top
Extended Other States Coverage
This coverage can extend the Workers Compensation policy to cover employees if injured while temporarily located in a monopolistic state. This is needed since even with Other States Coverage there can be a question as to coverage for such exposures. Back to top
Monopolistic States/Stop Gap
This endorsement is used to provide Employers Liability coverage for operations that are conducted in a monopolistic fund state. It is needed because Workers Compensation policies written by these state funds do not provide Employers Liability Coverage.
